How do I know that my order has been placed successfully?
When you place your ROARR-some order you will see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally?
No, unfortunately not at the moment.
How will my order be delivered?
We work with Royal Mail as our main courier service who will deliver your parcel to your doorstep without the need for any contact.
Do I have to register to place an order?
No, you do not need to register to purchase products on our web shop. You can select ‘guest checkout’ to order without registering. However, there are lots of benefits of registering with us, for example receiving our emails with promotions, special offers and the latest updates.
Can I use a gift card online?
We are working to enable Gift Cards to be redeemed online. However, at the moment, they can only currently be redeemed at the park itself, or by calling Guest Services on 01603 876310 (admission tickets).
It can take between 3-5 days to process orders. We use Royal Mail to send our items. A small package will cost £3.00 and a large package will be £5.95 (standard delivery).
We hope that you love your new ROARR-some products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please see the returns process below.
We will not be accepting exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product, please send the original item back to be refunded and place an order for the replacement. If you have received a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
If you would like to refund your purchase, you will need to send the original product back to us within 30 days of you receiving it.
We cannot accept products back to us outside of the 30 day time period unless there are exceptional circumstances.
